(More customer reviews)I wanted to buy an additional rigid backing-type case to use whenever I wasn't using my leather slipcover for my 64GB iPod Touch. After reading many reviews on Amazon, I chose this Hard Candy case. Ten bucks? what the hey how bad could it be? and the product photos made it look kind of cool.
Well, my bottom line is that it is very cheap. And it is cheap. It feels cheap, it looks cheap, and it'll probably make me feel cheap attaching it to a $400 iPod. The plastic is low-quality feeling, the snap-on portion feels like it'll break after a few snap-ons/offs, and the dye (color) isn't pretty.
I won't use it and will give it to someone in my office. I'm using my very nice Belkin leather case [that I bought on Amazon too]. That case cost about $35 and is worth every penny.
Using this Hard Candy case on a 64GB iPod is sort of like wearing Payless shoes with a $2,500 Gucci suit. You could, but you'd be wrong.

It works great, and if your car has easy accessible you can actually attach the bolts from in the inside of the car so it would make it literally impossible for someone to mess with your camera. My car however couldn't attach the bolts from in the inside. My license plate is actually on the trunk of the car, and there wasn't any access to any structure/room to place the bolts. However, my trunk does have a tilted bump (because of the license plate lights), so it makes it harder to see that this is actually an camera. I like the fact that it is a full license plated camera. It matched my chrome design too (exterior lights, car symbol), this also comes in a black color too. I also love my Pioneer Z110BT Dvd/Nagivation player, I actually have an option to view my navigation in 2-D, 3-D, Street View, and Rear View Camera. There's actually a video review on youtube, search for "z110bt camera". It was the first result for me. I would post the link, but not sure if I can. That video review made it extremely easy to make the purchase. Also you can actually lower/raise the camera to customize the best view you actually want to have, which is a very important feature to have if you want the best view possible while backing up.

It uses an E6 process and can be done locally one to two days. I currently use Elite Chrome 100, 200, and 400. I love them all. I use a variety of cameras and I will say for novices this film will suit your needs. Exposure can be a little under and still render fantastic!

Fast forward about a month, and like so many other reviews, they just stopped working. V-Moda seriously has an issue, it's obvious in the reviews where people have had this product for a month or more, and their earphones just stop working. I was so disappointed, mostly because I really, really, REALLY loved these earphones. But if they just stop working, what good are they worth?
I would say that my usage was light, maybe I'd use them once or twice a week for a few hours at a time. I really am disappointed.

The camera has a 1.5 inch screen that is vibrant but small. The camera is thin and can easily be slid into the front pocket of your jeans. It is extremely light. The buttons on the back are touch sensitive and are not typical buttons that you "press". There is a nice quality built in microphone. Operation is dead simple. Turn it on and push the large red button to start record and then press it again to stop.
The video quality:
The video quality from this camera is phenomenal considering its price tag. No its not a Canon HV30 but its not supposed to be.There is very little motion blur and the colors are nicely saturated. Due to the higher quality video shakiness is more pronounced in the videos but its not terrible. The more still you can hold this camera the better. The sound is crisp and clear. I can easily say the quality of this camera trumps all other flash based camcorders in this price bracket.
The Software
Mac users rejoice! The Mino HD's video files ( MPEG4) are natively supported by Mac OS X, Quicktime, & iMovie 8 or iMovie HD. The software (Flipshare) even allows stitching the footage together, adding music and transitions and exporting the finished result directly to Youtube or just onto your desktop. I am very impressed Pure Digital rewrote the software package so that the features for Mac Users were the same as PC users. When you first plug in the camera iPhoto will open and offer to import the video's. You can override this in iPhoto's preferences. From then on the Flipshare will open automatically.
Final Conclusion:
The Flip Mino HD billed as the worlds smallest HD camcorder (as of 11/14) is worth its weight in gold. Especially if you have a Mac! If I had to choose one con for this camera I would say that I wish they would've added an external microphone jack to it-but thats really reaching. It's a wonderful camera for the money and they say the best camera for the job is the one thats with you when you really need it.

(More customer reviews)I bought this item with the idea of supporting a Visatec 1600 Monolight (6 lbs 13oz / 3.1kg) with a midsize softbox. Since the included counterweight is 6.6 pounds it seemed like a good alternative.
Pros:
1.- This boom arm is large and looks solid.
2.- The counter weight is very good and easy to attach.
3.- The tilter bracket rotates in different angles and has different diameters for attaching to a variety of studs.
4.- Extends to 6.5 feet.
Cons:
1.- Tilter Bracket is made of plastic.
2.- There is a lack of information on particular specs, such a how much weight it can hold.
My experience:
After trying to set it up with the monolight mentioned above, my concern was the weakest part of this item, the -all plastic- Tilter Bracket, that started to squeak a bit when I attached the flash and counterweight.
I went the Westcott website to find out more about the uses or limitations of this item and found very little information, like no max load weight. I guess that if we use such a particular item for professional purposes there should be more technical information.
Perhaps something to add is that Westcott website advertises this as a good boom arm for hairlight, no more; Amazon might want to add this info so that we, the customers are more aware of the real uses of this Westcott Boom Arm.
Bottom line is: if you want to use it not fully extended and with a small monolight this maybe a good purchase for you, but if you want to add a heavier monolight, and extend it to its full capacity, probably you need to research for other alternatives.
I would only recommend it for what it's been advertised by Westcott website.

(More customer reviews)When I got a new MP3 player about a year ago, I started using the in-ear headphones that came with it. They were terribly uncomfortable and, after half an hour or so, my ears would start to ache. This is why I always thought I needed to big, wrap-around kind of headphone.
I bought the Q:Electronics ear buds and it is like night and day! They are very comfortable, and do an excellent job of noise isolation. I've seen similar ear buds for cheaper on deal-a-day sites and such, but all I can say is I don't regret my purchase from Amazon.
A quick comment on the two other reviews available at this time: first, these do not CANCEL noise, they ISOLATE. What that means is they don't actively try to delete other sounds, like some higher-end headphones do. What noise isolation headphones do is sort of seal off your ear (the suction that the second reviewer mentioned) - this muffles out any other sound you would hear, so it isolates the sound coming from the headphones [it's much more comfortable than it sounds... think of having your head underwater]. Naturally, this makes the headphones sound really loud, so you should just turn down the volume on whatever you're listening to.

(More customer reviews)In my opinion this is the perfect iPod case. I took my iPod out of the box and put it straight into this case, and the iPod still looks brand new underneath. I dropped it pretty hard on pavement and expected it to snap apart, but it stayed together and didn't have a scratch on it.
The entire case is sleek and adds almost no bulk. The back is rubberized just enough to keep the iPod sticking to surfaces, but not enough to pick up little bits of dust like other cases. The mirrored front looks really nice; my blue one gets complimented frequently. The front does show some scratches after a while, but it keeps the iPod underneath in perfect condition, which is what is really important.
Overall, this case is extremely well engineered and well worth the money! Makes a great gift for someone who loves their iPod.

(More customer reviews)First, let's get to the sound! The highs are crisp and the lows are precise and totally solid. The bass is as good as my Sony MDR-NC60 Noise Canceling Headphone and I've never heard that kind of quality from any other earbuds. In fact, throw out your old earbuds!

The hands-free microphone is very small and clips to your shirt. Your voice is clear to the other party and the call/music function is great, as when you make a call the music quickly fades away. However, I have the `iPhone 3G' and the Remix Call/Music Control and `3 button Remote' only work on the `iPhone 3GS'. It is odd talking to someone through ear-buds instead of a Bluetooth, but it's safe.
The kit comes with a pair of Sport Ear-hooks which are great in keeping your ear buds solidly in your ear with no interruption from the cords when you are walking, jogging or exercising. You also get a choice of four earbud cushion sizes, which is great. It does work with any model of iPod or MP3 players that have a 3.5mm jack (standard) and of course, it has all the fancy stuff like 24-gold-plated plugs, silicone fittings, metal construction, Kevlar cable and such. But the final word is the quality of sound. As I said, the highs are crisp and the bass is just so unbelievable in these little guys. Rock safely!

iBeats Headphones with ControlTalk From Monster® - In-Ear Noise Isolation - Chrome Review

(More customer reviews)First off, I own several pairs of headphones, both in ear and over ear, and the iBeats are above and beyond anything I've used. The first step was finding the right fit (of the 7 tips included, I found 2 that fit perfectly, one regular mold, and the other the "Airlock" style). The standard tips are a snug fit, and allow the bass to hit fairly hard. I have a pair of Koss in ear headphones, and the Bass does hit harder, but the iBeats bass is much cleaner. The "Airlock" style tips fit snug as well, and I found that while in my ears, they were comfortable, but after long periods of wear, after removing them there was some slight pain. I also own a pair of Skullcandy Hesh over ears, and the iBeats again sound better than the Skullcandies. While I would recommend the Hesh to anyone on a budget looking for good sound for your money, I would recommend iBeats as well to anyone that can afford them. The ControlTalk feature is nice for the iBeats as well, and I've had no complaints from anyone on the other end of my phone. If I had one complaint it would have to be that the ControlTalk on cable volume and music control feature does not work on the iPhone 3G, but I recently upgraded to the iPhone 4 and cannot complain about that now. The thing I can't give enough praise about is the noise cancellation. iBeats block out almost all outside sound, and you dont have to jack the volume up extremely high to do it. Simply put, it is excellent. All in all, these are the best sounding ear buds I've ever heard, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friend or family.

(More customer reviews)Usually, I am not one for artist-endorsed products, but the GaGa Monster Heartbeats in-ear headphones looked so fab from pictures that I decided to check them out in real. For starters, the box looked really stylish and the headphones are placed in yet another black box which is magnetically latched. Once opened, you will see the bright chrome and white cables with the matching protective pouch. Once taken out, the headphones feel sturdy and the cables are truly tangle-free and every bit the trademark of Monster cables.
Now, beauty aside. The sound is amazing and it should be for it costs almost US$170 here than in the US. Once I picked the ear buds of the correct size, everything else is secondary. I connected the earphones to my iPhone and there was so much clarity and bass pumping from them at even 3/4 of the volume slider. I could hear almost all the background instrumentation and effects. More importantly, all surrounding ambient noise is cut off almost entirely.
Sweet.
