This is a wonderful product, but then I'm not surprised since I have their software product for iTunes as well (SRS Labs iWOW); and THAT is one great piece of musical software enhancement!
You know what it does, so here's the pros & cons:

None!
I will never listen to my iPod again without this attached. Neither will you.
