(More customer reviews)product was fine, but I can't find a way to get in touch with Amazon about the payment method. When I attempted to pay with American Express points, I got a message from Amazon that there was a problem with my amex account and to call amex. I did, and amex said there was no problem with my account. I have yet to find a way to contact amazon, either by phone or email.
