(More customer reviews)These earbuds are easily beaten by the $11 Skullcandy earbuds. Skullcandy earbuds are more powerful than these with more bass and louder volume. This so called super bass is not even close to what I expected. The bass isn't bad just could be better. The $30 Altec earbuds are also louder than these but these beat altec on bass. I only paid $19.99 for these from buy.com and I still think that's kind of high. The only reason these are more expensive is the simple fact that they are made from metal in the shape of skulls and come in a fancy coffin shaped box. They have a nice design they just lack the performance. They are kinda heavy and have small speakers. If you pay more than $20 for these you will be disappointed.

Move beyond the superficial and celebrate on the outside what we all share on the inside: An acoustically impressive metal skull. The sooner you do, the sooner you'll know for yourself the truth of the popular old adage: RUFFIAN skulls are for lovers. Music lovers. Haters tread lightly.
