(More customer reviews)When I received the speakers I was really excited and hopeful. I had just purchased some speakers that were on sale at a furniture store for 15 dollars, 100 watts, 25 RMS. Horrible, I know, but I was desperate. Anyway, about a noth later I came upon these. I searched everywhere on the internet for the RMS on these babies, but all I could find was the peak power. I decided to take a chance and ordered them.
First of all, they begin shipping with FedEx, so when I tried to track with USPS, there was nothing on file until about a day or two before I received them.
Second, the speakers came broken. On one speaker, the tweeter wasn't glued on correctly. Either that, or a cheap adhesive was used. The other speaker sounded like it was already blown, though this may also be due to cheao adhesive.
Finally, they sound awful. They bass sounds only slightly better than the 25RMS speakers. Like... I turn the volume two "clicks" higher (from 36 to 38) than I would my old speakers, and they sound like they're about to blow.
Don't buy these.
