(More customer reviews)This is a very robust sub for the price. I put it in a 10 cubic foot bass reflex enclosure with a 6" diameter by 7" deep port and drive it with a Kenwood M2 amplifier. It will move my 60" television which doesn't even sit on the sub. The gains on the M2 are only set half way up and it will rattle all the windows in the house. There are some cheasey things to be aware of. Though the sub is rated at 1,800 Watts, you can't stuff 8 awg speaker wire into the terminals. The frame is not as rigid as cast aluminum, not that I have noticed any weakness. I read in other reviews that the dust cap tends to pop off of this sub, so I applied a thin bead of black silicone caulk around it and have had no problem. This is not the most efficient sub, you will need to hit it with a really strong amplifier. This was my first experience with amazon.com and it was a good one. The box was a little rough around the edges, but the sub was brand new inside. Shipping was quick and I was emailed a tracking number. Overall I am very happy.
