(More customer reviews)Amazon came though on this product. They helped out an wanted my purchase to be good, so they refunded the money. I am hoping it was just one lot or package of pens that I received, I would like to buy from them again but need to see some other reviews. The pens write great, the finish is perfect, it is a heavy pen,,,,I like that, not some cheap plastic one. Just wish the lasers worked.
