(More customer reviews)The only thing that turned me off about this otherwise perfect product, is the actual opening of the case. Griffin provides you with a little notch in the corner of the case where you are supposed to insert a small coin and gently twist and *pop* it comes out all willy nilly, uh huh... sure it is. Opening the case is a full blown battle. I tried using a guitar pick to keep from damaging the case and boy, that was like trying to get into Fort Knox with a plush toy. So I tried a dime next, that was a mistake. Any method you use to open the case involving the notch will result in SEVERE gouging of the notch. Minus this imperfection, one of the best cases you could get for an iPod touch
